DAP are delighted to announce that yet again we have assisted in securing planning consent for 4 units and alteration to the existing pub unit at ground floor (Use Class A4). This project was welcomed by Harrow Council after an extensive pre-planning application process, that may have involved a few planning applications.
This was an exciting project involving a thriving local pub which acts as a community focal point to those residents in the vicinity of the High Street area. New residential units are always welcomed in Harrow, a borough which has experienced a significant population increase in the last 10 years. This development protects a community asset and adds much needed housing.
